REGISTRATION

Canon-McMillan Hockey is currently registering players at all levels for the 2010-2011 season.  If you'd like to join one of the elite high school hockey programs in Western PA, please follow the guidelines provided on this page and bring the required items to the Iceoplex at Southpointe the week of May 24, BEFORE the scheduled tryout for your level.

All tryout participants must have active USA Hockey Registration for 2010-2011 season. Register online at www.usahockeyregistration.com and bring confirmation number to tryouts.

TRYOUT DATES
Varsity: Monday, May 24, 8:00 - 9:50 pm

JV: Wednesday, May 26, 8:30 - 10:00 pm

Freshman: Wednesday, May 26, 6:50 - 8:20 pm

REGISTRATION PRE-REQUISITES
To register for CM Hockey (non-Developmental), you must:
    -- be a full-time resident of the Canon-McMillan School District
    -- be within grades 6 through 12 for the 2010-2011 school year
    -- meet the athletic eligibility requirements of the Canon-McMillan School District & PIHL
    -- bring your registration items to the tryout
    -- attend the tryouts listed above

REGISTRATION CHECKLIST
Your full registration packet should include:
    -- the 3 forms below, accurately completed and signed as appropriate
    -- USA Hockey Registration number
    -- a copy of your birth certificate (for those that weren't with CM in 09-10)
    -- a $75 non-refundable registration fee (no exceptions)
    -- the initial assessment fee for the appropriate amount (separate check):
            * $250 for Varsity/JV
            * $200 for Freshman
