REGISTRATION

Canon-McMillan Hockey is currently registering players at all levels for the 2009-2010 season.  If you'd like to join one of the elite high school hockey programs in Western PA, please follow the guidelines provided on this page and bring the required items to the Iceoplex at Southpointe on Saturday, May 16, BEFORE the scheduled tryout for your level.

All tryout participants must have active USA Hockey Registration for 2009-2010 season, which is available beginning May 1, 2009. Register online at www.usahockeyregistration.com and bring confirmation number to tryouts.

TRYOUT DATES
Saturday, May 16, Iceoplex (detailed breakdown TBD)

    3:00 PM - 6:00 Varsity Eligible, followed by JV, followed by Freshman

Sunday, May 17, Iceoplex (detailed breakdown TBD)

    3:00 PM - 6:00 Varsity Eligible, followed by JV, followed by Freshman

REGISTRATION PRE-REQUISITES
To register for CM Hockey (non-Developmental), you must:
    -- be a full-time resident of the Canon-McMillan School District
    -- be within grades 6 through 12 for the 2009-2010 school year
    -- meet the athletic eligibility requirements of the Canon-McMillan School District & PIHL
    -- bring your registration items to the tryout
    -- attend the tryouts listed above

REGISTRATION CHECKLIST
Your full registration packet should include:
    -- the 3 forms below, accurately completed and signed as appropriate
    -- USA Hockey Registration number
    -- a copy of your birth certificate (for those that weren't with CM in 08-09)
    -- a $60 non-refundable registration fee (no exceptions)
    -- the initial assessment fee for the appropriate amount (separate check):
            * $250 for 9th thru 12th graders
            * $200 for 6th thru 8th graders
